How much does this cost? How is it offered for free?
This professional development series is sponsored by our partners and free to participants. Our ask is that you discuss and consider apprenticeship programs at the companies where you work, advise, volunteer, etc. both now and in the future.
How are the sessions structured? What will I get out of this?
Each session is designed to be highly interactive and efficient. In advance of the session, a couple complementary pre-work assignments will be shared with the group. During the session, there will be group discussion, followed by breakout groups, and finished with reflections. After the session, homework will be shared, along with resources and templates like case studies, decks, directories, and charts to help you, your team, and your company take action and move forward with your program.
Is there a certificate of completion?
A certificate of completion will be offered to participants who complete all 4 sessions. The certificate can be displayed on your LinkedIn profile and resume.
What if I can’t attend all the sessions this quarter?
If you have a scheduling conflict for one of the sessions, we will be offering 3 more quarters worth of bootcamps through Q1 2025. If you will miss more than one session, we recommend shifting to a bootcamp in a different quarter where you can attend. If you’ll only miss one session, you can always make it up in the next quarter.
